What happened and why?
The congress was planned for 28–29 March 2020 with scientific sessions, social activities and practical workshops.
A post dated 11 March 2020 announced that the event had been postponed following the Ministry of Health decision concerning congresses scheduled for March and April. No later completion record was found, so the status remains postponed.
