Volunteering

Turn your knowledge, effort and ideas into shared benefit.

Take responsibility in local, national and international congresses, symposia, workshops, projects, communication and social activities.

Who can participate?

Medical and health students, young physicians, academics, healthcare professionals and volunteers able to contribute knowledge or effort may take part in suitable roles.

Participation is not simply a title. It means understanding the role, meeting commitments, maintaining team communication, respecting institutional principles and documenting learning.

Participation process

01

1. Share your interests

Tell us which area or role interests you and what relevant experience you have.

02

2. Match with a need

Current roles, time expectations, responsibilities and required competence are reviewed together.

03

3. Clarify the role

Goals, deliverables, communication, team relationships and duration are defined.

04

4. Contribute and learn

Progress is shared, support is provided and outcomes are evaluated together.

Volunteering principles

Volunteer work is based on respect, trust, clear communication and mutual responsibility. Discrimination, unauthorized sharing of personal data, acting beyond authority and unverified statements in the association’s name are not accepted.

Time limits are respected and expectations are clarified from the beginning. Participation data is processed only for the stated purpose and necessary duration.

Participation questions

Active calls and the secure application form will be published here when finalized.

Can I join without previous volunteering experience?

Yes. Roles may be matched to experience and learning needs. The key is understanding and sustaining the responsibility.

Do I need to live in a specific city?

It depends on the role. Some work is local, while other activities can be coordinated online.

How much time is required?

The intensity and duration differ by role. Expectations are shared before the match is confirmed.

What is the difference between representation and project volunteering?

Representation involves more continuous local coordination; project volunteering is limited to a specific activity and period.
