What happened and why?
Held at Adıyaman University Faculty of Medicine on 16–17 April 2026, the symposium addressed oncology through multiple disciplines.
Topics included pathological and genetic approaches to cancer diagnosis, prevention and early detection, cellular therapies, miRNA research, haematological malignancies, psychosocial care and evidence-based medicine.
The event was a UNIDES-supported collaboration between the local Beyaz Önlüklüler Student Community and the Department of Public Health; it is not classified as a national event directly organized by the association.
